      Abstract
      In the world of engineering, rubber is very necessary such as rubber seal products, especially in the field of industry and automotive. Over time the availability of rubber seals and other products made of rubber is increasingly rare, especially for tools or machines old output and is no longer produced. These problems underlie the manufacture of compression molding machine home industry scale to make products made from rubber that is effective and efficient, and the resulting product is able to compete with other manufacturers. Compression molding machine is made through machining process that is turning process, milling, grinding, boring, welding, and painting. At the time of the manufacturing process must be in accordance with the design that has been made. The material used to make compression molding machine is steel, especially on the frame and pneumatic parts. As for the heater using a heating element equipped with a temperature control. The machine is capable of producing sample of jack and O-ring cover products, using NBR materials. The process of vulcanization of each sample product lasts for 20 minutes, with a temperature range of 100-150ºC. At the time of cold heating plate condition, it takes ± 60 minutes to reach 100-150ºC temperature.
