| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kepemilikan
Institusional, free cash flow (FCF), dan investment opportunity set (IOS) terhadap
Kebijakan Hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2014-2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan
adalah purposive sampling denagan sampel berjumlah 108 setelah dilakukan
outlier. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier
berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemilkan Institusional dan
investment opportunity set (IOS) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Hutang.
Sedangkan tetapi free cash flow (FCF) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kebijakan

| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, free cash
flow (FCF), and investment opportunity set (IOS) on the debt policy of
manufacture company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the year 2014-
2016. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 108 samples
after being reduced from outlier. The method of analysis used was multiple linear
regression analysis. The result showed that institutional ownership and
investment opportunity set (IOS) have no effect on the debt policy. While free cash
