      Abstract
      Construction work is one of the jobs that has a high risk, especially at the stage of construction execution . Construction process of construction projects in general is an activity that contains high risk. Situations within the Green Sedayu development project site, it reflects the "hard" character and the activities seem very complex and "difficult" to be carried out as long as it takes the excellent stamina of the workers who carry it out. The development ofGreen Sedayu Apartmentis one of the provision of facilities for primary needs of citizens of the capital and abroad. This development as one of the provision of facilities for people who visit the capital city that need a temporary residence . Development of GreenSedayu Apartment place in the province of DKI Jakarta, West Jakarta, Cengkareng. The purpose of this study is to recognize the risks of work accidents occurring in construction projects. Especially on the job of installation of formwork, spawnir, and casting. This study uses questionnaire data. To measure the risk in this study the researcher uses the formula R (probability) multiple P (impact / level of risk that occurs) it will be known result I (level of the danger that occurs) according to AS / NZS 4360 2004 . Respondents from the case study of the Green Sedayu Apartment development project. In the results of this study the work of installation of formwork, spawnir, and castinghave the average risk level that entered in the risk level of medium level . Because in this third work has almost the same value of risks, and probability value of occurrence an accident to from installation of formwork, spawnir, and casting jobs also have the same value that the probability of accidents is very low.
