This research was conducted to know the influence of the number of tourism object and the number of hotel to the workforce, and the influence of the number of tourism object, the number of hotel and the employed to the original income of Lombok area directly or indirectly. In this study the data used are secondary data obtained from relevant agencies in 2009-2015 in the form of panel data. For data processing done with the help of software SPSS 16. This research uses path analysis method which aims to know how big influence of independent variable to dependent variable directly and indirectly. Based on the results of this research conducted the first model is the number of tourism object and the number of hotels have a directly affect on the labor, and the variable number of tourism object have an indirect effect on labor. The second model of the number of tourism object, the number of hotels and labor have a directly effect on original income area of Lombok, and the number of tourism object and number of hotels also have an indirectly effect on the original income of Lombok.
