As we know, between Indonesia and Japan had a great relation from a long time ago. Japan has gave many assistances to Indonesia. One of program that used by Japan to distribute the assistance is ODA. Nowadays Japan is giving an assistance to build a MRT project in Jakarta. Actually, from the distributing of the assistances have some aims to build dependence from Indonesia to Japan. Because, in the building of MRT project need some tools, materials, and some tehnician from Japan. This condition has planned by Japan from a long time to reach some political aims from the assistance that has given. Such as national interest, diplomatic aim, global perseption, and Asia Pacific Area. And finally, the assistance that distributed by Japan through ODA not only to increase the economic of Indonesia but to build a dependence for a long time that felt by Indonesia to Japan’s assistance.
