      Abstract
      This research had an aim to analyze the factors influence to the Money Demand (M2) in Indonesia, year 2005:Q1 to 2016:Q4. The main research question is how significant the effect of each variable of gross domestic product, foreign exchange reserves and deposit rates toward money demand M2 in Indonesia. Therefore, the question will be whether the variables of gross domestic product, foreign exchange reserves and deposit rates could simultaneously effect the money demand M2 in Indonesia. This research is use secondary data taken from relevant agencies. Quantitative methodology is the research method with an analysis using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Based on the research conducted, it obtained Gross Domestic Product with coefficient value 2.253009**, Foreign exchange reserves with coefficient value 0.112986**, deposit rates with coefficient value 0.010122* have significantly effect the money demand (M2) in Indonesia. Based on F test, it showed that the significance is 0.000000 which means that the independent variable have simultaneously effect the dependent variable. The government should strive for the growth of GDP and increase international trade in order to make foreighn exchange reserves surplus and to set the appropriate interest rate in accordance with the state of the economy.
