This research aims to determine what effort undertaken by indonesia in dealing with rohingiya refugees in aceh.The methot used in this research is descriptive analytic method. Data colection tehniques gathered from secondary data from books, the internet, journal, articles, writtenreports, magazines, and other dokument were analysed qualytatively. The result showed that, in hia arrival in indonesia The rohingya refugees spread acroos several regions in indonesia some of them exist in indonesia as captured by the indonesia goverment and some are deliberately surrendered to the indonesian immigration whose teritory close to malaysya and myanmar as in aceh
