      Abstract
      The expansion of technology today a lot of drivers who willed his motorcycle has a maximum engine performance by optimizing combustion occurs in the combustion chamber. The placement of appropriate ignition points, can increase the efficiency of combustion and optimizes the energy from combustion. Testing is done using a motorcycle 4 stroke 125 cc with use CDI standard and CDI BRT I-Max with a variation of the Standard spark plug and Iridium spark plug, fuel premium and ethanol with ethanol content 4% to find out the maximum performance. Testing the spark performed with test tools spark plug on the round dinamo 3000 rpm, torque and power data retrieval using dynotest from round 4000-10000 rpm, while for fuel consumption using 150 ml mini tank with road test at a speed of approximately 40 km/h as far as 4,1 km. Before the data retrieval is performed measurements of the working temperature the motor and experiment the mapping as much as 4 times to get the reference of the highest results. The results of this research show that the CDI BRT I-Max and spark plug Iridium produces highest power and torque than the CDI standard and Standard spark plug. It is caused due to a timing setting that suits the character of motor and fuel, so on CDI BRT I-Max to sprinkle flowers fire faster, stable and produces a spark which is great compared to the CDI standard, torque reaches the highest torque of 11,89 Nm at the 5135 rpm engine speed and produce the highest power of 10,1 HP at 6740 rpm.
