      Abstract
      This research is trying to give a perspective regarding the success of No Lost Generation (NLG) Initiative as an initiative established by UNICEF to protect the rights of children and youth impacted by Syrian War in 2016. UNICEF appraised that 2016 is the highest-level of grave violation towards the rights of the Syrian children and youth. In handling the humanitarian crisis, NLG is keep moving to provide a protection to a basic need of human rights for Syrian children and youth. There are two factors that cause a succeed of NLG in effort to protect rights of the Syria children and youth. First, is using problem solving capacity that conducted by UNICEF as one of the creator of this initiative. Second, using Transnational Advocacy Networks (TAN) conducted by NLG with partners and donors.
