This journal discusses about reason behind Al Shabaab attack’s base in Somalia that attack’s Kenya government. Al Shabaab is insurgent from Somalia and has been attack Somalia government, it because Al Shabaab disappointed with Somalia government, so it make Al Shabaab wants to build Islamic country with purpose to make Somalia country become peace and safer. But the fact Al Shabaab makes disturb in Somalia and Kenya. Kenya boundary directly with Somalia, and have close relationship although past they had involved border conflicts, but after the conflict finished they agree to more cooperation to be able to establish closer relationship. Relations between Somalia and Kenya become advantage cooperation for both, they doing cooperation in economy, politics, and military sector. But they cooperation dislike with Al Shabaab, so it makes Al Shabaab attack Kenya government for 3 years.
