      Abstract
      The development of technology in the field of image processing has been developed, where the camera as a sensor has been widely applied in various fields such as defense, equity, environment, medicine and social. With the development of technology in the field of image processing many systems that switch from conventional to an automatic system that can facilitate human activities. If it focuses on the social field, to interact to the public the technology used is a microphone. However, with one microphone used the sound captured from the speaker is not optimal and makes the public unable to hear the message delivered properly. Departing from that, then in this study designed a microphone that is able to move automatically follow the face of the speaker with the camera as a face detection. This study provides the ease of communicating in public, which does not require many microphones and spiral microphones. The working system of this tool is quite easy, where the camera will detect the face in front of the tool so that the microphone can follow the face detected by the camera. In this tool there are two servo motors capable of moving the microphone vertically and horizontally by using Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller as the controller's brain. The results of this study where the microphone designed image processing system so as to perform face detection and can capture the sound of the speaker with an optimal sound intensity of 60 - 70 decibels (dB).
