This thesis contains the explanation of Turkey’s strategic movement under Recip Tayyip Erdogan on responding Partiya Karkeren Kurdistan’s destabilizing attacks. After the Ottoman Empire’s era ended and followed by the risen of Kurds in Turkey, the greatest desire for independence has led them, PKK to do various actions of violations.They kill and kidnapping random people only to deter the government. Recip Tayyip Erdogan knows the gorund-plan of the PKK as well as he knows the other military groups. Three times of failed dialogue attempts shows that the use of military and coercive actions are urgently needed. As response to the military group, a military operation called ASDS mobilized by the government to protect their people, sovereignity and territory. The decision of using the military power is completely unconventional, considering Turkey’s tension on interanational scale. Kurdsih rebels, PKK have intensified their attacks to Turkey’s domestic level, and that’s matter affecting all aspects. Government accept the legitimation and legalize to attack the military movement.
