      Abstract
This research aims to analyze why the practice of exploitation by the multinational corporation Nike Inc. is able to withstand for relatively long time. The labour force is not benefitted from the government’s regulation and business behaviour from Nike Inc. as the multinational corporation is correlated with the practice of business expansion and treatment toward local labour force. This research shows that the relatively long-term practice of exploitation is the result of a massive and structured system which create the incapability in the NGOssupported struggle for the rights of the labour force.
