PERANCANGAN ULANG STRUKTUR GEDUNG HOTEL LAFAYETTE YOGYAKARTA MENGGUNAKAN SNI 2847:2013 DAN SNI 1726:2012
Abstract
Building used to by human as place to perform various activities such as religious activities, social activities, business activities and other activities. Therefore, in planning the building should pay attention to several aspects such as the aspects of safety, security, and comfort. Another thing that must be considered in planning the building that must be guided by the new rules or the latest standards that used in Indonesia. Regulation on Structural Requirements for Building Buildings as regulated in SNI 2847: 2013 and the Regulation concerning Procedures for Earthquake Resilience Planning for Building Structure and Non Building as stipulated in SNI 1726: 2012 automatically replaces the old regulation of SNI 2847: 2002 and SNI 1726: 2012. Lafayette Hotel Building is one of the buildings that is possible still use the old rules, therefore in this research will be redesigned the hotel building using the new regulations that is SNI 2847: 2013 and SNI 1726: 2012. Structural modeling is using SAP 2000 program to look for inner forces that occur in the structure. In this research, earthquake loading with spectrum method. The results of the redesign there are several changes, ie 75 % change in the beam reinforcement, 50,0 % column reinforcement, 83,33 % change of beam dimension, and 50,0 % column dimension change. Increased needs of reinforcement and dimensions due to the requirements related to the Reinforced Concrete Special Moment Resisting Frame (RC SMRF)as well as requirements SNI 2847: 2013.
