Dosis Uji I mengalami penurunan sebesar 32,80 ± 7,99 ml/dL, dosis Uji II yaitu 60,74 ± 2,15 ml/dL, Uji III yaitu 69,41±3,87ml/dL sehingga terdapat perbedaan kadar trigliserida darah tikus putih antar kelompok yang signifikan.
Grapes contain proanthosianidin and resveratrol are strongly associated with prevention of hyper- lipidemia especially hypertriglyceride. This study aims to determine the influence of red grapes extracts (Vitis viniferra L.) to the white rat blood triglyceride levels (Rattus norvegicus). Red grapes extracts is made in various doses. I dose (100mg/200g BW / day), II dose (250mg/200g BW/2ml), and the third dose (500mg/200g BW / day). Red grapes extract given during 10 days. The results show that there are differences in triglyceride levels significant before and after treatment in each group values (p <0.05). On the statistical test using one way ANOVA showed the value of p = 0.000 (p <0,05). I test dose decreased by 32.80 ± 7.99 ml / dL, the dose Test II is 60.74 ± 2.15 ml / dL, Test III ie 69.41 ± 3.87 ml / dl so that there are differences in blood triglyceride levels rats significantly between groups. It was concluded that red grapes extract influence on decreased levels of blood triglycerides white rats significantlyen_US
