PERANCANGAN DAN ANALISA BED PASIEN MULTIFUNGSI MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE AUTODESK FUSION 360 DAN AUTODESK INVENTOR PROFESSIONAL 2018
Abstract
Patients in hospitals with more than 1x24 hours of treatment require care and equipment to clean themselves. In an effort to prevent disease transmission in the Hospital environment requires a good hygiene management system and patient hygiene care arranged in the procedure. Problems experienced when patients treated at the Hospital is still a lot of nurses who care less about the cleanliness of patients on the bed. As a result, many patients suffer from serious disturbances due to lack of maintenance of personal hygiene from patients. So, from the problems that have been obtained by the designer to create idea in the form of design of bed that can be realized with multifunction in accordance with requirement and ease for patient and nurse. With the addition of functions such as a place to bathe the patient, shampoo, wound care for diabetes mellitus patients, personal hygiene and move the patient's sleep position to avoid injuries to press.
In the design of the bed the patient will do the design with the use of Autodesk Fusion 360 software and Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018. For the components of the design using Autodesk Fusion 360 software. And for the use of Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018 software used for assembling components and animated rendering to facilitate for delivery of the mechanism of motion of the development that has been done on multifunctional patient bed design. The result of multifunctional patient bed design there are several changes to the addition of the function required to perform personal hygiene procedures in the patient. Multifunctional patient bed design for addition of required features using hollow low carbon steel material AS 4100, JIS G3112 low carbon steel pipe, low carbon steel pipe ASME B36 10, carbon steel plate JIS G3101 SS41, and aluminum alloy 1100. Added feature to the design of bed multifunctional patients experience dimensional changes that is from factory production with length dimensions 2080 mm, 900 mm width, and height 910 mm. While on the result of multifunctional patient bed design has a length dimension of 2154 mm, width 960 mm, and height 1031 mm.
It is expected that the design of this bed can improve the efficiency of time and provide comfort for the wearer because of the features offered from multifunctional bed bed design by improving the patient's personal hygiene on the bed. Can be realized in the form of a patient bed that has multifunctional support for patients and nurses.
