      Abstract
      MANAGEMENT OF FLOOR STOCK DRUG DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM BASED ON KARS 2012 VERSION AT EMERGENCY INSTALLATION PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GAMPING HOSPITAL IN 2017. Drug management is an important part of hospitals to provide health services. One of the most complex stages in drug management is the drug distribution phase, which includes cost, treatment rationality, and hospital appearance. For those reasons, all hospital units should pay attention to drug management to meet the standards and avoid possible losses. One of the health service units that must pay attention to drug management is Emergency Installation. Therefore, this study aims to find out the description of standard fulfillment of Floor Stock drug distribution system at Emergency Installation PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital based on KARS 2012 version. The research method used is qualitative research with case study research design. Data were collected from observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted at Emergency Installation PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. The subjects of this research are Supervisor of Logistic Pharmacy Department, Pharmaceutical Engineering Personel, and Emergency Installation Supervisor. Observations with standard KARS 2012 check-list were performed before the treatment is given and after the treatment is given. The result of observation using check-list from KARS 2012 version before intervention is 36,67%. Then the precentage results after the intervention increased to 71,01%, the value showed a precentage increase of 34,34%
