PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance at PT. PLN distribution of Central Java and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Subjects in this study are internal management employees who use computers and provide accounting information system directly. In this study a sample of 40 respondents selected by using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
Based on the analysis that has been done, the result is that the utilization of accounting information system, the quality of accounting information system, accounting information system security and supporting facilities of accounting information system significantly influence the employee performance. Ease of accounting information system has no significant effect on employee performance.
