CSR is a company's activities in managing business processes to produce a positive impact on society, the economy and the environment. This paper puts how a CSR activities of the company can reduce its environmental impact, the methodology in this study using a qualitative descriptive. In this study involves three villages include Padang Loang village, and the village Seppang Bijawang and as many as 45 informants among the government, community leaders and civil. From the results of research in general that the company PT. Agung Perdana , never do CSR activities, all they do is think of the advantages to the company as well as many impact negative that they provide to the public, especially on environmental damage, there is only one indicator that gives a positive value to the company that is in the improvement of the economy, some local communities are given employment as casual workers. Factors to be the absence of a CSR activity undertaken by the company is the lack of understanding of the company CSR, as well as the lack of oversight and policy measures taken by the government to provide the demand on companies that want to conduct CSR activities to the impact caused by the company. From the meaning of the results, whether the company is able to cope with and mitigate the environmental damage that has occurred in the region, it becomes a challenge for the government and stakeholder in CSR issues.
