China is one of the country located in east asia with the most of inhabitant or population in the world. The role of deng xiao ping in creating China as a new strength of world economy through its economic and politic’s policy. China is belong to economic reformation with market oriented (capitalism) which is still defend to its communism administration system. In the other hand, the impact of the open of economic door to the foreign commerce and investation has began the new phase of China in relation to the outside world. One of the main factor which made the rapid of the economic develpment in China is the entrance of multinational business to the country. But the impact of multinational business has the positive and negative side to China itself. The negative impact which directly felc by the society is the emerged of the sphere. The increased of the carbon gas emission which caused by multinational business (MNC) directly or indirectly to China can be feel by the society. This paper aimed to investigate about the effect of the cooperation between one of the multinational business with the goverment in the way increasing carbon gas emission. This paper took one of multinational business that is mining business of BHP Billiton as one of the business which causing the sphere problem in China.
