This study aims to determine the alternative of batik Tegalan small industries development strategy in Bengle Village Subdistrict Talang District Tegal. The subjects in this study are small industry of batik Tegalan and related parties in this study, such as the Office of Industry and Employment District Tegal. In this study sample there are seven respondents which are selective by using purposive sampling technique. Analysis tool used in this study is the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) in input stage, IE (Internal External) matrix and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) in matching stage, and Quantitative Strategic Planning (QSP) matrix in decision stage. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, shows that the best strategy priority based on QSP matrix is utilizing loan offered for business development.
