This research aims to describe and identify: 1) the level of children welfare in Kampung (Urban Village of) Dukuh RW (Hamlet number) 13. 2) involvement of Child-Friendly Urban Village Program's role in realizing the welfare of children. 3) obstacle factors in the implementation of the program performance to realize the welfare of children in Kampung Dukuh RW 13 This research is qualitative research. Research setting is Kampung Dukuh RW 13. Data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research informants are local public figures, and the data from interview reinforced by data from members of Tim Gugus Tugas (Program Task Force Team), Forum Anak (Child Forum) members, and local parents. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with the interactive method. Triangulation used to check and recheck the validity of the data. The results show that: 1) the level of children welfare in Kampung Dukuh RW 13 increased after the Child-Friendly Urban Village Program. The evidence for that is the diminishing of social problems experienced by the children and many communities started to pay attention to the children welfare. 2) Child-Friendly Urban Village Programs really involve and help the community in realizing the children welfare. When the parents and local youth of Kampung Dukuh 13 RW started to implement the program, they also started trying to meet the rights of the child. 3) obstacle factors faced by Program implementation to realize the children welfare in Kampung Dukuh RW 13 Yogyakarta are the economic factor and lack of promotion of Child-Friendly Urban Village (Kampung Ramah Anak; KRA) Program to the wider community.
