      Abstract
      This study aims to analyze the Performance of Sleman Public Hospital of based on Balanced Scorecard after implementation of Insurance of Organizer Body of Social Security Health. The Balanced Scorecard approach consists of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth perspective and learning. The Subjects involved in this study were the BPJS Health patients both hospitalized patient and non-hospitalized one who had treatment before and after the implementation of the use of BPJS Health insurance for Employees of Sleman Public Hospital. This research was conducted by interview method, questionnaires administer and secondary data collection. Secondary data used in this study cover the budget realization and balance sheet year 2013-2016, patient data year 2013-2017 and employee data year 2013-2017. The result of this research is performed by descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: financial perspective is not good enough (as what they expected) except the asset turnover. A customer’s perspective is good except the customer acquisition. The internal business process perspective is good except the outpatient and Bed Turn Over (BTO) levels. The growth and learning perspectives is good.
