Project delay can be anticipated by accelerating the implementation of the project, while still considered the cost factor. The addition of resources, equipment and method will reduce time duration, but will increase the cost. The purpose of this study is analyze cost and time project arrangement by adding work time variation and employee increment then compare the result between duration and cost changing,which is more efficient. This research was conducted with the analysis of the data methods. The data used are secondary data and primary data analysis results using Microsoft Project program includes a list of material and wages, budget plan project, time schedule (curves-S), estimated time in the Microsoft Project program, data direct cost and data indirect cost. The result of this research indicated that (1) at overtime 1 hour decreased IDR 223,601,343.00 and 36,64 days duration, at overtime 2 hours decreased IDR 323,673,644.00 and 62,96 days duration, at overtime 3 hours decreased IDR 374.934.246.00 and 82,18 days duration; (2) Employee increment 1 decreased IDR 283,942,185.00 and 36,64 days duration. Employee increment 2 decreased IDR 487.920.249.00 and 62,96 days duration. Employee increment 3 decreased IDR 636.729.058,00 and 82,18 days duration ; (3) Employee increment more efficient than addition of working hours (overtime).
