This article is aimed to analize United States of America intervention on Crimea Annexation by Russia. The main argument of this article is that USA involvement is affecting this particular situation; Because, Russia’s annexation on Crimea enhance the tension amongst Russia and Ukraine. USA intervention in this case is part of their effort preserving their National Interest on Ukraine and Ukraine’s Sovereignty. Unlikely, USA this time uses no military involvement in this intervention. Based on Rational Actor Model, this article explains USA opted to use non military intervention is because this option provides more advantages for USA.
