| dc.description | Akademi Kebidanan Ummi Khasanah Yogyakarta selaku sebuah institusi
pendidikan tentu memiliki tanggung jawab, salah satunya yakni mengelola aset
yang di miliki oleh AKBID Ummi Khasanah. Banyak jenis jenis data peralatan
kantor yang dimiliki oleh AKBID Ummi Khasanah meliputi buku induk inventaris
barang, daftar inventaris barang baru, hibah kopertis, pengadaan barang, rincian
harga cetakan, rincian harga peralatan dan rincian harga perlengkapan. Dalam
memproses itu semua pihak Akbid atau staff kantor masih menggunakan bantuan
dari Microsoft Excel, dalam pemakaian tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang tidak
sedikit dalam pengerjaannya dan menyebabkan kurangnya efisien. Banyaknya data
peralatan kantor yang tidak terorganisasi dan tercecer. Yang menyebabkan pihak
pengelola mengalami kesulitan dalam proses penglompokan kategori inventaris,
pengecekan keberadaan barang atau peralatan yang belum pasti dan peralatan yang
telah rusak, pencarian data inventaris menjadi sulit dan memerlukan banyak waktu,
rekapitulasi dan arsip data beresiko hilang, dalam proses penyajian laporan akan
membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit.
Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Peralatan Kantor ini
dikembangkan dengan metode Waterfall. Dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall,
pembangunan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Peralatan Kantor akan lebih tertata
dan teratur. Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Peralatan Kantor
menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter.
Dengan adanya sistem pada Akbid Ummi Khasanah diharapankan dapat
membantu pihak akbid, staff dan pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi untuk
mengelola aset atau inventaris di AKBID – Akademi Kebidanan Ummi Khasanah.
Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian Black Box Testing. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Midwifery academies Ummi Treasures of Yogyakarta as a educational
institutions certainly have responsibilities, one of which namely managing assets
owned by Ummi AKBID Treasures. Many types of data type office equipment
owned by Ummi AKBID parent Vocabulary covering inventory inventory list of
items, new stuff, grants kopertis, procurement of goods, price prints details, details
of the price of equipment and price details fixtures. In the process it's all Akbid
parties or Office staff still use help from Microsoft Excel, in the usage requires time
in normal use and cause the lack of efficient. The number of data which are not
Office equipment organized and scattered. That caused the officials have difficulty
in the process penglompokan the category of inventory, checking the existence of
goods or equipment that is not yet certain and the equipment has been damaged, the
search data inventory becomes difficult and requires a lot of time, the recapitulation
and archive data at risk of missing, in the process of presentation of the report will
need time.
Construction of information system in the management of office equipment
was developed with the Waterfall method. By using the method of information
system construction of the Waterfall, the management of office equipment will be
more structured and regular basis. Construction of information system in the
management of office equipment using the PHP programming language with the
CodeIgniter framework.
With the system on Akbid Ummi diharapankan Vocabulary can help Parties
akbid, staff and parties who need the information to manage the asset or inventory
in AKBID – Academy of Midwifery Ummi Treasures. This is proved by the results
