      Abstract
      Substation is a part of electrical power system functions to receive electrical energy from the source (power plant) and distribute to consumers. However, in the distribution of electrical energy to the consumer are often disruptions both externally and internally. So, to distribute electrical energy to the consumer can be channeled properly need an equipment that can feel the disturbance before or even minimize due to interference after it happened. Based on these problems required a protection equipment. The equipment is Over Current Relay and Ground Fault Relay, the over current relay will shut off (trip) the network when detecting current over the limit (setting), and ground fault relay will shut off the network when phase to ground happened. In this Final Project will analysis “coordination of protection on Bantul’s substation” then comparing the setting of over current relay and ground fault relay that installed on Bantul’s substation with over current relay and ground fault relay counted manually.
