      Abstract
      This study aims to determine factors affecting the value of regional minimum wages on ceramics industry’ workers in klampok village, purwareja klampok, banjarnegara regency. This research was conducted in Klampok Village because considering that the village is a ceramic producer that has great potential to develop. The population of this research is the worker of ceramic industry in Klampok Village which amounted to 236 people, with samples taken is 70 samples with simple random sampling technique. Data collection method used is by interview and observation, while the instrument used during the research is a questionnaire and documentation. This research uses logistic regression analysis in data processing. Based on the results of this study, the results obtained that the income, employment, migration and long work have a significant effect on the value of regional minimum wages, while the length of formal education does not significantly affect the value of regional minimum wages. To increase the value of regional minimum wages, the worker must increase his productivity in order to obtain greater income so that it can exceed the value of regional minimum wages.
