      Abstract
Electro stimulators are now sought after by physiotherapists, some portable products from these electrical stimulation devices get a good reception from the users, especially those with muscle degeneration disease. This portable electro stimulator is a user choice because of its practical, lightweight, small, easy to carry and energy efficient because it only uses battery power that can be refilled again. Design of a simulated portable electro-stimulator tool, where the authored tool uses an AVR program with an ATMega8 Microcontroller IC as a source of control on this tool using PWM applications and uses the delay effect on conventional DC relay as a therapeutic massage effect and source of electric current for the stimulation process with the stimulation current is connected using the electrode to the patient, then the LCD as the interface character viewer. Based on the measurement data, the data obtained from the duty cycle of level 1 is 50% and produces a voltage of 1,8 volts and 5,8 mA current, data from the duty cycle of level 2 is 34,3% and produces a voltage of 4,6 volt and 8,3 mA current, the duty cycle data from level 3 is 25,2% and produces a voltage of 8,1 volts and 10,1 mA current, the duty cycle data from level 4 is 20,7% and produces a voltage 8,7 volts and 12,7 mA current, the duty cycle data from level 5 is 11,4% and produces a voltage of 10,2 volts and a current of 14,2 mA.
