      Abstract
Indonesia have many active volcanoes. One of them is Mount Merapi where is located in Sleman, Yogyakarta. In 2010 Mount Merapi erupted and caused many fatalities and damage. The damage is in residential, facilities, and infrastructure. This research has purpose to know the condition of permanent residential buildings structure, facilities, and infrastructure. It is also expected to provide solutions and information to improve the feasibility system on the development of Huntap. Another purpose is to determine whether there is an increase or decrease in Huntap quality. This research will discuss about the condition of residential building, facilities, and infrastructure. Huntap locations are Huntap Koripan, Huntap Jelapan, Huntap Kuwang, Huntap Randusari, and Huntap Dongkelsari. This research use observation method, and assesment of damage using weighted analysis that can determine the level of damage like slightly damage, moderately damage, heavily damage, and totally damage/collapsed. Result of the 10 buildings that conducted the research obtained in Huntap Koripan has the highest damage level that is 24,56%, Huntap Jelapan 24,52%, Huntap Kuwang 27,64%, Huntap Randusari 23,34%, and Huntap Dongkelsari 23,28%. Residential building that have been evaluated are still included in the category of slightly damage. Increasing the quality of Huntap can be done with the maintenance and development of residential buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
