      Abstract
      The medical implementation that has not rational during this was given some of the negative effects that often happens is excessively in the use of drug injection, improper of using anti microbial, highly non essential drug use, poly pharmacy, inappropriate prescription according to the existing clinical guidelines, disobedient patients towards a given therapy treatment, and improper treatment .This research aims to know the pattern of drug use in patients at the outpatient departementPKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Cepu Blora in 2016 using the WHO indicators 1993. These study was non-experimental descriptive study. Data were obtained retrospectively from outpatients departement PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Cepu Blora during 2016. The data was analyzed by the WHO indicators 1993, and taken from 600 samples using systematic random sampling method and prescribed drugs 1551 items. The pattern has shown that the average number of items of drugs is 2,6 items, according the WHO indicators 1993 that is 2,6 items. The percentage of generic prescriptions has 58,22% lower than the WHO indicators in 1993 is 100%. The antibiotic prescription has 35,17% bigger than the WHO indicators 1993 standard is ≤30%, a percentage of 0,58% according the WHO indicators 1993 that is ≤10%, and the percentage suitability formulary prescriptions was 97.87%, lower than the standard WHO indicator in 1993 is 100%.
