      Abstract
      This study aims to analyse the financial management design used in three mosques in Bali and their activities to empower the economy of society. This research is focused on three mosques located in Bali namely Al-Hidayah, Al-Qomar and Al-Muhajirin. Based on 5 indicators 1) Budgeting, 2) Payment of services, 3) Financial statements, 4) Funds and Banks, 5) Evaluation.The author performed data collection techniques through interviews, documentation studies, and observations. Direct research is done on objects using qualitative methods. Using approaches of FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and SWOT analysis. The study found that mosque management (budgeting, payment services, financial statements, evaluation, funds and banks) were running well. But there still a mosque that is use manual recording namely Al-Hidayah which still using a ledger. Meanwhile, in terms of empowering the nation's economy, each mosque has excellent mosque programs. Al-Hidayah Mosque has a superior program in sharia cooperative, Al-Qomar Mosque provided scholarships for underprivileged children and Masjid Al-Muhajirin (IKMS) provided regular monthly assistance to the surrounding community.
