      Abstract
      Nowadays, the development of technology in automotive worls is so fast. Likewise in torque and power must be increased and fuel consumption should be more efficient for needs in daily use and also for optimal purpose of touring. Based on description above, this research about the effect of ignition setting with standard variation of CDI and CDI racing and fuel variation of Pertamax and Shell Super to the performace of 4-stroke 225 cc engine is necessary needed. This research was conduct by testing Yamaha Scorpio 225 cc motorcycle. The test was conducted in 10 varian conditions, including standars CDI with Pertamax and Shell Super. CDI Rextor with 4 maping setting, which is setting folder in map 1, map 5, map d, and map e by using veariations of Pertamax and Shell Super fuel. Parameter tested were torque, power and fuel consumption. The result showed that the largest torque obtained on CDI Rextor variation on map 1 with Super Shell fuel. It showed 18,96 N.m at 6500 rpm. The largest power showed in CDI Rextor variation on map e with Super Shell fuel. It showed 18,92 HP at 7750 rpm. The most fuel consumption showed in CDI Rextor variation on map 1 which produces fuel consumption of 32,47 km/I
