      Abstract
      Spectrometer is one of the tools normally used to measure the spectrum of light. Spectrometer is very wide in its application that is in the field of physics and chemical field. The purpose of this research is to build a computer-controlled digital spectrometer in the chemical field. This research was conducted using components of Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, Rasberry Pi Camera V2 Module with Sony Sensor, USB LED, 600 lines / mm diffraction grating, and observed and control through VNC Viewer. This study used color change as a parameter, by reading and showing the detected wavelength value of a solution to be compared with the change. Through the color chart, generated Python program can be seen all the colors caught by the camera. This study tested the protein content of eggs by biuret method. Through the biuret method, it produces several solutions with different concentrations of standard albumin solution as parameters, then from those parameters it can be found the wavelength value through this tool to determine the similarity of standard albumin solution within the egg white sample solution. The wavelength reading data was then analyzed and obtained the same approximate data between standard albumin solution and egg white sample solution in standard 0.2 ml albumin solution, from standard solution of 0.2 ml albumin.
