      Abstract
      Triwidadi Road, located in Pajangan area, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta is included as local road based on its function with PCI result included poor category. The damage of the road cause decreased comfort while crossing the road and it also may potentially cause accidents. Overlay becomes an alternative to repair the pavement structure to improve again the road service. This research used rebound deflection method with Benkelman Beam based on regulation Pd T-05-2005-B. The 1,950 km road was researched with a range of 50 meters test points that were made into 10 segments. The result of data analysis indicates no significant relation between the damages at functional layer to the structural road shown by the result of comparison between data analysis with PCI result revealing overlay was corrected in segment 1 = -2 cm (poor PCI result), segment 2 = -4 cm (fair PCI result), segment 3 = -3cm (fair PCI result), segment 4 = -3 cm (poor PCI result), segment 5 = 3 cm (very poor PCI result), segment 6 = -9 cm (poor PCI result), segment 7 = -6 cm (fair PCI result), segment 8 = -4 cm (poor PCI result), segment 9 = -9 cm (very poor PCI result), and segment 10 = 1 cm (poor PCI result). The recommended Overlay was 3 cm for all segments, using Laston asphalt type with Modulus Resilient (MR)specification = 2000 Mpa and Marshall Stability = 800 kg for age plan during 10 years with CESA = 1.480.000 ESA.
