A research titled Planning Management of Sustainable Conservation Tourism Area in the South Coast Area of Bantul Regency (Case study: Kuwaru Beach and Cemara Cave Beach) has been implemented from December 2017 to February 2018. The research was conducted to analyze the potential of tourism object and plan the sustainable tourism and give advantages to the environment and society This research was conducted by survey method, the technical implementation was done by observation and interview using questionnaire. Types of data obtained where primary and secondary data. The observed variables where biogeophysical, socioeconomic and government policy The conservation area of the southern coastal of Bantul has good tourism potential, due to its unique characteristics such as development area of pine tree, turtle conservation area, and also the culture events, those reasons allowing the village to produced good development, to become a sustainable tourism area. To get a sustainable tourism in south coastal tourist area of Bantul, it was necessary to have a tour arrangement of tourism area, planning was done by area development plan, repair plan and regional installation, and infrastructure arrangement plan.
