KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION
Abstract
This research was conducted to reveal and analyse the influence of compensation toward the turnover intention using the work satisfaction as the mediating variable. The object of this research were the entire employees at BMT El Ihsan Mubarok, BMT Hasanah, and BMT Az Zahra. This quantitative research was done through distributing in total of 72 questionnaires to the employees of the three BMTs in Lampung. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling technique in which the entire population was taken as the sample. Further, the data analysis of this research was done using SmartPLS 3.27 software. The research shows that compensation indeed has significant positive influence towards work satisfaction. Meanwhile, work satisfaction has significant influence towards the turnover intention. This research also reveal perfect mediation whereas compensation did not significantly influence the turnover intention.
