KREATIVITAS GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM PENGGUNAAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL PADA MGMP PAI SMK SE-KOTA MADYA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the creativity of Islamic education teachers in the MGMP PAI SMK in Yogyakarta municipality, to know and to analyze the use of learning media of Islamic education at the MGMP PAI SMK in Yogyakarta municipality, and to determine the ability of Islamic education teachers in the use audio visual media at MGMP PAI SMK in Yogyakarta City.
This research used field research approach, with research subject taken by purposive sampling that is intentionally purposive sampling technique doing by researcher on certain consideration and recommendation from chairman of MGMP PAI SMK Yogyakarta municipality. The data collected by data collecting technique in the form of interview, observation and documentation by using descriptive qualitative data analysis.
The results show that the creativity of Islamic education teachers on the MGMP PAI SMK Yogyakarta municipality entirely can be said as creative teachers with the characteristics of flexible, humorous, inspirational, gentle, disciplined, responsive. The creativity of PAI teachers in MGMP PAI SMK Yogyakarta municipality are illustrated by: (1) Making an Interesting Lesson Plan using varied learning methods such as role playing, market place, practicum, inductive method or so-called discovery method, and project method. The media used by the teacher is the audiovisual media in the form of video related to the learning materials. (2) The learning process can create a fun learning atmosphere. The use of PAI learning media has been done well and varied. Teachers have been able to choose the learning media in the selection process, design, and teachers are able to use it as an integral part of the learning system. The ability of teachers in the use of audio visual media in teachers of Islamic Education at the MGMP PAI SMK Yogyakarta municipality has been able to use appropriate audiovisual media at the time of learning, one of them is the use of video that is able to generate interest in learning and motivation of learning SMK students.
