The research titled "Evaluation of Land Suitability for Rubber plants (Hevea brasiliensis) in Mulya Asri Village, Tulang Bawang Tengah District, Tulang Bawang Barat, Lampung" was conducted in Mulya Asri Village, Tulang Bawang Tengah District, Tulang Bawang Barat, Lampung from Januari up to April 2018. This research aim to determine and evaluate the characteristics and land suitability for Rubber plants in Mulya Asri Village, Tulang Bawang Tengah District, Tulang Bawang Barat, Lampung. The research was done using survey method, investigations conducted to obtain facts from the existing symptoms and find factual information. Determination of the location is determined by a purposive method, namely the selection is deliberately carried out with certain considerations. The method of determining the sample point is determined based on a scale of 1: 50,000. The classification of land suitability of Rubber is done based on FAO method (1976). The results showed that the level of actual land suitability class for Rubber plants in Mulya Asri Village, Tulang Bawang Tengah District, Tulang Bawang Barat, Lampung on all samples is S3f-1, n-2,3 that means moderately suitable land with limiting factor in the form of KTK, P2O5 and K2O. Improvement that can be done is the adding organic materials such as manure, the use of phosphate fertilizer and the use of K2O fertilizer according to recomendation. The Potential land suitability class for Rubber crops in Mulya Asri Village, Tulang Bawang Tengah District, Tulang Bawang Barat, Lampung Regency is S2 that means moderatly suitable without limiting factor.
