      Abstract
      The population growth that occurs each year in each region make people's mobility has increased. Increased mobility of an impact on the density of traffic flow, especially in the area of the junction. Pingit intersection is an intersection that experienced a current density especially at rush hour. The cycle time and the phase sequence on APILL systems at signalized intersections using clockwise phase sequence or vice versa. Pingit intersection is an intersection that uses the phase sequence clockwise. This resulted in motorists have to wait long until the lights back on green while the flow of traffic at the intersection is congested. The field data were obtained (volume of traffic, geometric, cycle time) will be processed using the PTV VISSIM. The analysis conducted will produce 2D and 3D animation and produce outputs that will be used in this study. Based modeling with experimental change phase sequence and timing adjustment cycle intersection Pingit on weekdays at peak hours of 6:15 to 7:15 pm obtained ratio of turning the best in the arm the west and east by the percentage ratio of right turn 10% and the ratio of straight 90% with a delay of 56, 92 sec / veh and service level E.
