      Abstract
A study aims to determine the proper concentration of PGPR and Rabbit’s Urine to the growth and yield of soybean. The research has been held in the experiment land and Agrobioteknologi laboratory agriculture faculty Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta during Februari 2018 until June 2018. An experimental study prepared in Completely Randomized Design (CRD), using a single factor experiment. The treatment given was PGPR 7,5 ml/l, PGPR 12,5 ml/l, PGPR 7,5 ml/l + Rabbit’s Urine 50 ml/l, PGPR 12,5 ml/l + Rabbit’s Urine 50 ml/l, and Rabbit’s Urine 50ml/l. The first stage of research is making PGPR and fertilizer Rabbit’s Urine. The second phase is the application on soybean plants. Observed parameters included bacteri of PGPR, Rabbit’s Urine, plant root nodulation, plant roots, plant growth, and crop yields. The results showed that PGPR 7,5 ml/l + Rabbit’s Urine 50 ml/l and Rabbit’s Urine 50ml/l have significantly effect on soybean’s growth. The results of the analysis showed that significantly on the weight of nodule and effectiveness of nodule.
