      Abstract
The manufacturer's standard production motorcycle has actually been taken into account the safety factor and its feasibility for use in a variety of road and weather conditions. But many motorcycle owners make modifications because they are not satisfied with the standard factory components. Modifications that are often encountered are replacing standard motorcycle lights with LED lights and standard exhaust with exhaust racing. Replacement of these components will affect the value of light intensity and the intensity of the sound produced. Based on the review above, research on the characteristics of light exposure and sound exposure produced by modification needs to be done, to see whether the modification is still in accordance with Government Regulation No. 55 of 2012 concerning Vehicles and Minister of Environment No. 7 of 2009 concerning New Type of Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold. The materials used in this study are: New Jupiter MX AT motorcycle, 2-sided TYTO LED lights, Racing exhaust and Glasswool. For the tools used are: Lux Meter, Sound Level Meter, Anemometer, Waterpass, Measuring Roller, Measuring Pole, Tripod, and Digital Scales. The method of light intensity research is to use standard lighting and LED conditions, angles of -5°, 0°, +5°, filaments at close and far distances, distances of 3, 4, 5, 10, ... 100 meters, measurement positions SK 0, SK 2, SK 3, and each H3 height = 105 cm, H2 = 130 cm, H1 = 140 cm. Whereas for sound intensity testing in accordance with Government Regulation No. 55 of 2012, using standard and racing exhaust, where the exhaust racing uses a variation of glasswool weight. The results obtained for the standard light intensity are smaller than LED lights. The 0° light angle exposes the best light, evenly from a distance of 3-45 meters. Because the exposure of light from an angle of -5° is too low, then the angle of +5° is too upward so that it is potentially dazzling to other drivers. The SK 0 measurement position gets the highest light exposure because it is in a straight line with the light source, while SK 2, and 3 are only exposed to reflected light. For the results of the standard exhaust noise intensity with a value of 57.8 dB and the highest exhaust exhaust noise of 78 dB with 45 grams glasswool, this result is still below the noise threshold value, which is 80 dB for motorbikes with engine capacity <175cc according to Minister of Environment No. 07 of 2009 concerning the New Type of Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold.
