UPAYA PENANGANAN PENGUNGSI SURIAH DI YORDANIA OLEH DANISH REFUGEE COUNCIL PADA TAHUN 2015-2016
Abstract
The relationship between DRC, Syria and Jordan has been established for a long time, since DRC helped Iraqi refugees in both countries. In 2011, there began a civil war in Syria that continues until now. As a result of this conflict, many Syrian residents were displaced and sought asylum in neighboring countries, including Jordan. Therefore, the DRC initially only helped Iraqi refugees in Syria and in Jordan, then also helped Syrian refugees in Jordan. This research aims to explain the efforts to help Syrian refugees in Jordan by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) in 2015-2016. The analysis unit of this research is in non-governmental organization, which in this research is the DRC. This type of research is qualitative, presented in verbal form, and emphasizes on the contextual concept. Data collection techniques used by the author is created through library research. The method of analysis used to analyze this research is descriptive or explanative.
