      Abstract
The body temperature monitoring in the hospital has been using the tool that has output in the form of number, after the body temperature measurement was done, the result of the measurement was transformed into graphic as seen on the medical record sheet. The measurement has been carried out during the period decided by the medical staff. Within the measurement period, the medical staff conducted a temperature measurement and created graphical plotting on the medical record sheet. In the previous research, the tool used was using serial communication system USB TTL which impacted on the interface placement (computer) that has to be close with the patient. The researcher would like to create a body temperature monitoring tool through wireless with graphical interface on personal computer. For the body temperature measurement using LM35 censor, the minimum system was Arduino Uno, while the serial communication was using NRF24L01, and the data calculation in the computer was using Delphi programming as the graphic data plotting and patient’s identity. The test method used in this tool was by comparing the TA module tool with a Terumo thermometer. After reviewing the literature, the tool design and testing with value comparison tool resulted from between the comparing tool and TA module has error value which is less than 3%, in which the highest error is 1,821%. The delivery distance that can be sent to the module is 30 meters in a room. The patient’s identity and graphic plotting can be shown on the computer, and the measurement data can be stored in the database and can be recalled whenever needed
