E-filing is an online tax payment system. Since it was developed in 2014 total of taxpayers interested in using e-filing in district jayawijaya until november 2017 is about 1.7%. The research aimed to try investigate the factor that influenced the perceived usefulness, perceived ease, usefulness of technology taxpayers information, and the security and privacy on taxpayers interest in using e-filing. This research used primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample used were the person taxpayers registered in the Tax Office Pratama Jayapura that using e-filing. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was double regression analysis test by using SPSS program. The result of this research showed that the perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and the security and privacy have significant positive effect influenced on taxpayers interested in using e-filing. However, usefulness of technology taxpayers information have significant negative effect influenced on taxpayers intrested in using e-filing
