| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil, dan peran wanita karir
dalam upaya memberikan pendidikan akhlak anak usia 2-4 tahun di Tempat
Penitipan Anak Aviciena Dusun Maguwo, Desa Banguntapan, Kecamatan
Banguntapan, Kabupaten Bantul.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Subyeknya adalah ibu yang
mempunyai pekerjaan dan menitipkan anaknya yang berusia 2-4 tahun di Tempat
Penitipan Anak Aviciena. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang
bersifat deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melaui instrumen berupa pedoman
observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan pedoman dokumentasi. Setelah data
terkumpul kemudian dilakukan uji kredibilitas data atau kepercayaan data hasil
penelitian, selanjutnya dilakukan proses pengolahan data menggunakan proses
analisis secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus hingga tuntas,
yang kemudian dirangkum dalam sebuah laporan ilmiah.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan profil wanita karir
yang menitipkan anak usia 2-4 tahun di Tempat Penitipan Anak Aviciena dapat
diketahui bahwa kesempatan wanita untuk bekerja sangat besar namun, harus
tepat dalam memilih pekerjaan, mempunyai kesadaran tentang pentingnya
pendidikan anak termasuk akhlak, dan kemampuan untuk dapat mengatur waktu
agar lebih bermakna. (2) Peran wanita karir dalam upaya memberikan pendidikan
akhlak anak usia 2-4 tahun di Tempat Penitipan Anak Aviciena adalah ibu sebagai
penyedia utama kebutuhan anak, ibu sebagai pemberi perhatian, ibu sebagai
pemberi teladan, ibu sebagai pemberi dukungan, dan ibu sebagai pemberi nasihat.
Keseluruhan peran tersebut telah dilakukan dengan baik. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the profile, and the role of career women to
provide moral education for children aged 2-4 years at Aviciena Child Care
Center Maguwo Village, Banguntapan Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul
Regency.
The type of this research is field research. The subject is mothers who have
a job and entrust her 2-4 years old children to Aviciena Child Care Center. This
research used descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected by using
instruments such as observation guide, interview guide, and documentation
guideline. After the data collected and then tested the credibility of the data or the
trust of the research data results, then conducted the process of data processing
using the analysis process interactively and lasted continuously and thoroughly,
which then summarized in a scientific report.
The results of the study show that: (1) Based on the profile of career woman
who entrust 2-4 years old children at Aviciena Child Care Center can be seen that
the opportunity of woman to work is very big, but they must be appropriate in
choosing the job, have awareness about the importance of children's education
including morality, and the ability to manage time to be meaningful. (2) The role
of career woman to give moral education for children aged 2-4 years at Aviciena
Child Care Center are mothers as the main provider of child need, mother as the
caregiver, mother as the exemplary giver, mother as the supporter, and mother as
advisers. The whole role has been done well. | en_US |
