ANALISIS KOMPETENSI KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA
Abstract
The purpose of this study is knowing (1) the influence of employee competence on employee performance at Bank Madina Syariah. (2) The efforts Which conducted by Bank Syariah Madina in improving employee competence. The type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data consist of observation, interview, and library research. Interviews are conducted to 8 respondents (5 employees and 2 clients) from Bank Madina Syariah and an MSDM expert. The results are presented in a descriptive text.
The results showed that (1) Competence consisting of elements of knowledge, skills, and attitudes which related to affecting employee performance in Bank Madina Syariah. (2) the prodigious efforts of Bank Syariah Madina in improving the competence of employees that provided by training for employees both internal training and external training
