The Research objective of Supply Chain Emping Melinjo in Pajangan Bantul to describe the performance of the Supply Chain emping melinjo and analyze the efficiency of supply chain emping melinjo. Analysis of data using linear programming. The results showed that in the Pajangan district there are 23 supply chain network. The actors supply chain consists of farmers and melinjo traders, emping melinjo craftmen, wholesalers, traders, retailers and consumer. Product flow and money flow smoothly while the flow of information in the supply chain substandard. Based on the analysis of linear programming, the distribution costs of emping melinjo will be a minimum when using a supply chain network that consists of craftsmen and retailers.
