      Abstract
Background: Platelet rich plasma (PRP) and platelet rich fibrin (PRF) are platelet concentrates to tissue regeneration and wound healing. PRP and PRF can strengthen the scaffold structure. Purpose: This aims to determine the difference and effects of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet rich fibrin (PRF) incorporation with the artificial coral CaCO3 scaffold to weight loss profile. Methods: This research used laboratory experimental and post-test design. The subject in this research was artifical coral scaffold CaCO 3 with a concentration of 5: 5. PRP manufacture was using Matsui-Tabata method and PRF was using Choukroun method. The loading of PRP and PRF in the artificial coral scaffold used dipped in method for 10 minutes. A total of 36 artificial coral scaffolds CaCO3 were divided into 3 groups of coral artificial scaffolds within corporation PRP (A), PRF (B) and artificial coral scaffold without incorporation (C). Results: Data were analyzed using statistical one-way ANOVA test, showed that no statistically significant difference between groups scaffolding incorporation of PRP (A), PRF (B) and the scaffolding without incorporation group (C). Conclusion: Scaffolding which incorporated with PRP has a value of weight loss profile more stable every week.
