      Abstract
      The development of the times and the increasing technology today can affect the level of physical activity in early adult teachers. The decrease in physical activity in these early adult teachers can lead to degenerative diseases, increase obesity, reduce life expectancy by three to five years and affect mental health of teachers. This study to know the description of the level of physical activity in early adulthood. This research method is descriptive quantitative research with Cross Sectional approach and data analysis using Univariate. The sample in this study has 43 Responden. Sampling technique using Total Sampling. Instruments in this study using the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) and Metabolic Equivalent (MET). The results of this study using GPAQ instrument showed that the majority of respondents have moderate physical activity level of 18 (41.9%) of respondents. whereas for light physical activity as much as 14 (32.6%) of respondents and respondents who have heavy activity level of 11 (25.6%) of respondents. The level of physical activity based on the MET instrument obtained the majority of respondents have high physical activity level of 22 (51.2%) of respondents. While for the level of moderate physical activity as much as 11 (25.5%) respondents and low level of physical activity as much as 10 (23.3%) of respondents. The result of research using GPAQ instrument shows majority of early adult teachers have moderate level of physical activity, while the result of research using MET instrument shows majority of early adult teachers have high level of physical activity. Early adulthood is expected to increase the level of physical activity in order to maintain and maintain better health.
